Mental Performance Coaching
High performance individuals require a unique set of skills that build resilience and influence capacity to achieve personal pursuits. Through the use of interventions such as goal setting, imagery, and performance planning, we provide cognitive and behavioral skills training to enhance personal performance. In addition, we provide support for those individuals who are experiencing a career transition and/or identity crises.
Note: Some of our team members have Doctoral or Masters Degrees in Psychology, Sports Psychology, or Sport and Performance Psychology. They are not registered psychologists, nor are they members of any health professional college. Their work is limited to performance coaching.
