Liz believes that we have the desire, drive, and determination to live meaningful and purposeful lives that are authentic and in alignment with our core values. Through individual counselling, workshop facilitation, and keynote addresses, Liz presents evidence based research and interventions that inspire personal and professional transformation.

As a Canadian Certified Counsellor designated by the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, Liz is a graduate of Yorkville University with a Masters in Counselling Psychology and is registered with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT). She received her Diploma in International Counselling from Lehigh University and is an affiliate of the Ontario College of Teachers, Ontario Principals Council, Canadian Positive Psychology Association, and the Flourishing Centre.

Liz works extensively with youth, families, individuals with learning exceptionalities, as well as leadership teams and executives. In addition, Liz has held the following positions:
